Salads

Our salads and dressings are made in-house: Balsamic Vinaigrette, Ranch, Blue Cheese, 1000 Island, Honey Mustard, Caesar, Sweet Tomato Vinaigrette, Orange Basil Vinaigrette and Roman Vinaigrette.

House Salad – $10.00

Spring greens with grape tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, shaved red onions and goat cheese medallions. Add grilled chicken $5.  Add grilled salmon $9.

Spinach SaladSpinach Salad – $12.00

Baby spinach with roasted tomatoes, egg, bacon twists, pine nuts, dried cherries and blue cheese served with our Balsamic Vinaigrette.  Add grilled chicken $5.  Add grilled salmon $9.

Cobb Salad – $15.00

Romaine, cucumber, grape tomatoes, blue cheese crumbles, bacon, avocado and hardboiled egg. Topped with fresh grilled chicken and served with balsamic dressing.

The Wedge Salad – $12.00

Iceberg wedges with grape tomatoes, bacon, blue cheese crumbles, and onion straws. Served with ranch dressing.

Steak and Onion Salad – $17.00

Mixed greens and roasted tomatoes with sliced flat iron steak and grilled red onions. Served with sweet tomato vinaigrette.

Caesar Salad – $10.00

Romaine tossed with homemade croutons and Parmesan in our own Caesar dressing.

Appetizer Salad – $5.00

Mixed greens, cucumbers, grape tomatoes, carrot ribbons and red onion. Served with your choice of dressing.

#1 prime cut bone-in pork chop grilled to order with our sauce of the day. Served with the evening’s potato and vegetable.

8 oz. center cut filet of beef tenderloin grilled to order. Served with this evening’s potato and vegetable.

Cheese filled mini ravioli tossed in our creamy Alfredo and topped with grilled chicken.

14 oz. hand cut steak grilled to order and topped with our house steak butter. Served with this evening’s potato and vegetable.

Our wings are marinated and cooked in house. A dozen wings finished with buffalo, barbecue, sweet chili or Old Bay. Side of ranch or blue cheese available upon request.

All of our soups are made in house. Priced daily and available in large or small. Bowl or cup.

Wilted spinach, artichoke hearts and parmesan cheese. Served with herbed pita triangles.

Blackened seared sushi grade tuna sliced and served over Cajun slaw. Served with wasabi.

Lettuce Wraps – $10.00
Brussels sprouts, broccoli leaves, parmesan and bacon tossed and served warm with crisp lettuce to fill.

Large shrimp in our creamy honey Old Bay dressing on a croissant with lettuce and tomato.

Our all jumbo lump crab cakes made in house. Served on a brioche roll with lettuce and tomato and a side of tartar.

Thin sliced corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese with 1000 Island dressing on thick rye bread.
